Job Description

  • Familiar with training functions.
  • Familiar with personal functions.
  • Familiar with Labor law.
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new employees to include maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files.
  • employees’ files management.
  • Managing the process of employee’s renew contact.
  • Facilitate daily HR functions like maintain update personal information on company HR software system.
  • Manage HR draftees (hr. letter, warning …etc.)
  • Support the team in supplying and helping the candidates through the hiring process.
  • Orientation the new comers.

Job Requirements

  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Hard work and good attitude
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient with computer usage, word, excels and power point.
  • At least 1 year experience
