Job Description
- Provide superior customer service while handling inbound calls for order placement and service inquiries.
- Dealing with bank accounts, cheques, deposits, and online banking as part of the operation flow.
- Drive repeat business by providing excellent service and accurate and thorough product and service knowledge to customers
- Keep customers/teams informed on the status of the orders, reconcile errors in a cost-effective manner, resolves post-order issues such as cash returns and follows up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.
- Effectively assist field and operations managers in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.
- Manage relationships with key operation vendors.
