Job Description
- Ensuring that lease documentation is complete, correct and enforceable prior to disbursement of the purchase price of leased equipment.
- Ensuring that all leased property is adequately insured and remains insured for the period of the lease contract.
- Ensuring that all insurance cover is renewed on due dates.
- Ensuring that all lease contract is registered with the appropriate administrative authority.
- Ensuring that amendment, rescheduling, termination, and cancellation of lease contracts are registered with the appropriate administrative authority.
- Ensuring that post-disbursement condition is followed up and complied.
- Ensuring that assets requiring. registration is registered and their registration renewed on due dates.
- Any other relevant duties assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in law or finance with a background in compliance or internal audit.
