Job Description
- Collect, prepare and analyze the monthly country-level business performance data
- and presentations
- Collect, prepare and analyze the quarterly regional business performance data and presentations
- Designs the balanced scorecard and strategy maps data collection and maintenance structures
- Conducts analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities
- Conducts workshops to middle management on business analysis topics (OKRs,
- Balanced scorecards, Strategy maps)
- Manages all the required communication with the business planning stakeholders
- Prepares and consolidates the annual strategic plans for the region
- Owns the risk management review; recommends and manages the risk mitigation plans
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, business planning and/or project management;
- Arabic and English fluency
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Is comfortable generating graphs and dashboards and deducing conclusions from data
