Job Description

The Doodle Factory Representation:

  • Attend the 3 hour induction with The Doodle Factory Team at the DF office
  • Represent and Sell the Company’s products in the designated area agreed upon with the company
  • Be on time usually 2-hours before the event start date
  • Appropriately represent the company and follow the guidelines attached to this contract
  • Learn by heart what the TDF does, and if there is a question that he cannot answer a question to politely tell the customer that he will refer to the team and provide him with the answer

Products Management:

  • Organize the products in the most representable manner, making sure that they are presented in the best way possible
  • Responsible for the products and to sign a sheet with the exact number of products received during the time period and is liable for any missing products that are not SOLD within the event duration
  • To bring back everything that was given to him at the head office of The Doodle Factory, if this is subject to change the representative must communicate this with the marketing manager at the beginning of the day
  • Return any extra material given by the company for marketing purposes in good condition and within 24 hours of the event end time

Communication:

  • Inform the Marketing manager with any problems concerning any of the customers
  • Telephone or update the marketing manager twice (once in the middle and at the end of the day) more if required with sales activity within the designated area agreed upon.
  • Send pictures to the marketing manager during the event of the space, the customers (after taking permission) and any other picture that can be relatable to the brand

Customer Relationship:

  • Must be responsible to track each sale and make sure that none of the information requested about the customer or the product is missing
  • Always put the customer’s needs as priority and to immediately report any customer inquiry/problem to the marketing manager
  • Deal with high politeness with customer and respond to their requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Always keep the customer engaged and respond to questions without being pushy

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate well in English
  • Very have very good presentation and communication skills
  • Must have very good customer management and relationship building skills
  • Must be flexibile to work for shifts in malls/outlets
  • Must understand TDF brand story
  • Shift is for 8 hours
