Job Description
- Supporting the implementation of a project plan, to set-up operations to agreed design and timescales
- Managing `Operations` strand activity and ensure efficient delivery of IARS Egypt services which helping maximize gross profit through effective and proactive resource and process management
- Participating in regular, proactive reviews of operational processes, aimed at developing efficiencies that will support the growth of IARS Egypt in terms of both revenue and client service delivery.
- Reviewing and interpreting management information, performing analysis with a view to predicting and proactively improving operational and campaign productivity and success rating.
- Proactively collating data and information from all available sources to improve planning and forecasting activity.
- Communicating successes and areas for improvement.
- Instill a customer focused culture and rights first time approach, coaching and developing the team to maximize value to the business.
- Motivate and engage the team to deliver against operational targets and business strategy whilst working towards continuous improvement.
