Job Description
- Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
- Search and recommend software tools to management.
- Work closely with upper management.
- Gather Business requirements to perform High level analysis.
- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and system goals, fulfill end-user requirements, identify and resolve systems issues.
- Liaise with company’s software suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the IT department to ensure continuity of work.
- Comply with EFSA Requirements, Internal Compliance and IT policies to ensure positive reports.
- Install software solutions, support and develop software team.
- Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems.
- Responsible for development of new programs, analyze current programs and processes, and make recommendations which yield a more cost effective product.
- Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree of computer science or equivalent. Experience:
- 5-7 years of technical experience in SW development / QA MCITP (Microsoft certified IT professional) is required.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of System analysis and design
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, .NET, C#, Silverlight, web design controls, Microsoft IIS,
- Strong knowledge with Database Design and management and DBA
- Experienced in a database development environment with Transact-SQL or PL/SQL
