- Answer incoming SMS and respond to customer’s messages
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Research required information using available resources
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- B2 /C1 Spanish speaking and written.
- Age: less than 30.
- Working hours are 9 hrs including 1:15 breaks
- Rotational shifts, 5 working days and 2 days off
- Rotational Location (October & Maadi )
