Brand Embassy Advisor - Spanish Speaker

• Answer incoming SMS and respond to customer’s messages
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Research required information using available resources
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
