Job Description
- Reviews the gathered data & designs the required report of KPIs dash board “Monthly Report “
- Handles various continuous improvement projects such as “GPS Monitoring, Chilled Double Deck transportation Project carrying out, SAP User Deduction by 25% , SAP Empty Storage Locations & Sales Trolley ,… etc.).
- Develops & monitors Several reports such as “Powder Milk Consumption Report , Raw and packaging material & finished products Critical report , Net Sales & Scrap.
- Submits the required Analysis concerning “Factories Warehouses & DCs Strategic capacity planning”.
- Ensures the implementation of the updated & best practices of Supply Chain Department vs the market in order to achieve the required competitive advantage .
- Initially approves & organizes all annual and compensatory leaves for workers in the section in a manner that doesn’t hinder the workflow.
- Assists the management by providing the required data for Training Needs analysis of his team.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
