Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Managing team ,assign, distribute tasks
- Prepare work plans and follow up
- Create 2D&3D designs to produce showrooms, events,exhibitions mock ups
- Create cost estimates based on event requirements.
- Manage the purchasing and stockings of raw materials
- Supervise and monitor production processes.
- Supervise and monitor event setups at activations' locations
- Supervise the setup and installations of sound, light
- Branding and Printing
- Manage branding and printing orders
- Monitor quality of printing and installations according to requirements.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate projects details and deadlines with co-workers
- Report all project data and details to management on daily basis
Job Requirements
- Architect or decoration engineer is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of marketing and events production is a (MUST) with proofs
- Good appearance
- Multitasking and work under pressure is a must
- Computer skills is a must (Word - Excel - Powerpoint- 3d max- photoshop - autocad )
- Leadership skills
- Problem solving
- Work under pressure skills is a must
