Job Description

Job purpose

To achieve sales targets of designated products( Payroll Contracts ,NTB accounts, Accounts Documents Fulfilment , cross sell assets products.

GENERIC ACCOUNTIBALITIES

Payroll Business developing and implementing marketing plans to acquiring new customers, keeping old ones, and generally achieving and surpassing sales goals of ABK`s Products & services

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Acquisition New Payroll contracts & Accounts
  • Fulfilment of accounts opening forms for companies employees
  • Marketing &Presentations Skills for Payroll proposition to achieve new payroll contracts & sales of ABK's Assets products and services
  • Cross selling Promote ABK assets products and services throw effective cross selling techniques
  • Sales increase assets penetration ratios on companies portfolios in line with sales plans and budgets
  • Relationship management: Will be the company focal point “Account manager “ at ABK to provide customer service at all stages and handle company inquires and trouble shoots .
  • Complaints Management: Handle issues raised by companies as part of relationship management
  • Product Knowledge: Answer queries about ABK`s products & services and provide client reassurance & consultations
