Job Description
- Being in charge of all data deliveries to IdealRatings customers.
- Preparing periodic audit reports for IdealRatings customer portfolios.
- Ensuring superior quality data and checkpoints for all reports and deliveries.
- Working on the automation of data extraction and testing process to smooth out the audit and deliveries operations.
- Managing IdealRatings deliveries calendar and developing the necessary communication with internal teams, partners and clients to ensure adhering to IdealRatings service level agreement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken.
- English & Arabic language fluency both written and spoken.
- Good experience with MS Office tools (MS Word & MS Excel).
- Excellent data analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to work unplanned working hours to support IdealRatings clients in different time zones.
