Job Description
- Install computer Applications and Operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and Maintain all types of Computer H/W.
- Maintain Internet ADSL and Leased Lines with ISP and Telecom Egypt.
- Support the HQ and Branches Network Infrastructure including Cables Termination, Routers and Switches installation and configuration.
- Support Users Email Access and Troubleshooting
- Support Users indifferent Microsoft Products SCCM, Active Directory , File share Server and Hyper-V.
- Maintain Users and Servers Backup thorough Veritas Backup Exec and Dell EMC Storage.
- Maintain Kaspersky Antivirus Server including update and setup client for users.
- Support Users internet access on Sophos UTM SG and XG appliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Computer Engineering
- Must have CCNA and MCSE course knowledge, preferred to be certified.
Required to have previous Experience as an IT Technical Support, preferred with Manufacturing companies or IT Solution partners
