Job Description
I need an executive secretary to support in:
- Follow up that the team members are committed to their responsibilities.
- Receiving the periodical reports from the team.
- Preparing the final reports on time.
- Follow up the clients' accounts are up to date with all the details.
- Assist to put the policy and the procedures of the department and implementing the rules.
- Participate in different events.
- Interactions with different departments in the association.
- Solving the problems in the area of responsibility.
- Preparing the financial reports of the team.
- Keeping the data of the department safe and updated weather soft or hard copies.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Very good Arabic and English languages.
- Previous experience in the same job is a must.
- Excellence in MS-Office is a must
