Job Description
- Managing team of business development specialist.
- Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines to the team.
- Set Sales Targets and Motivate the team
- Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Keep Informed of New Products and Services
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Meeting sales goals
- Prepare Sales Reports

- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years Exp with digital agencies or media production agencies background as a manager.
- Excellent English skills
- Good writing skills required for the presentation and preparation of accurate oral and well-written summaries of the company’s financial analysis
- Ability to produce effective and clear communication, both written and verbal
- Good representation and communication skills
- Leadership and Motivation skills
- Customer focused
- Having A car is a plus
