Job Description
- Fully responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by account.
- Participating in the contract agreements' negotiations in terms of Shelf Share, Additional placements, Pricing, Activities in Store
- Maintain a physical presence in the field on a daily basis to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements.
- Manage the execution of promotions and new products launches as per execution standards and control backdoor sales
- Report competition activities to his Direct Manager (Prices, Promotions, New SKU's , Equipment)
- Actively participate with his accounts in credit settlements within the company's approved credit policy.
- Drive execution excellence across his accounts (share of space, number of access points, prime locations,…etc)
- Ensure complete sales orders are delivered to his accounts on the required delivery dates.
- Lead all the Collection proves with the Customers.
- Build & maintain a high relationship with all key contacts.
- Manage brand in store merchandising standards.
- Manage stores product requirements & full range availability.
- Follow territory monthly “Route Plan”.
- Build high relationship with key person (Store, Warehouse & Financial)
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- Fluent English Language
- Sales experience with an FMCG company is a plus.
- High negotiation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
