Job Description
- Establishes and approach new clients.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships with clients qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Prepare and present solutions and financial proposals to clients.
- Closing out deals by overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
- Keep client files up to date by updating the sales documentation system with all the activities accomplished.
- Achieving team sales target.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules
- Acquire needed knowledge re solutions, programs to present to clients.
- Provide full support to all internal & external customers.
- To address any customer inquiries and ensure that they are dealt with according to the company standards.
- To deal and respond to complaints or to channel them to the right managerial level.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 in sales, preferably service industries. Training, Insurance or Banking.
- Gender: Female.
- English level:Excellent.
