Job Description
Sales Driven :
- Manage the Sales process and achieve sales targets.
- Advise clients through assigned units.
- Receive client calls generated by Marketing Department.
- Organize site & Developer visits with interested clients.
- Search for new sales opportunities.
Account Management :
- Manage company relationship with assigned developers.
- Attend presentations and client meetings with assigned developers.
- In-depth understanding of developer's projects and units.
- Frequently update his/her assigned units status.
Reporting :
- Report Daily Activities.
- Report Weekly Sales.
- Report Weekly Updated Units.
Job Requirements
- RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE : 2 - 4 years of experience in a real estate as sales agent or similar position.
- EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT : Bachelor Degree, English language is a must.
- SKILLS : Brilliant Communicator, Rapport Builder, Active Listener, with huge ability to handle objections.
- OTHER : Microsoft Office, Owns a car and a valid driving licences, CRM Experience is a plus.
- Answering Pre-Screening questions is a must .
