About the Job
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Backing up of servers (daily) and data in regular basis.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company Setting up accounts for new users
  • Determining hardware and software requirements based on business needs.
  • Managing security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years of proven working experience in providing technical support.
  • Good in English
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Good attendance and punctuality required.
  • Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
  • Obour Resident or nearby is a plus
