Job Description
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Backing up of servers (daily) and data in regular basis.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company Setting up accounts for new users
- Determining hardware and software requirements based on business needs.
- Managing security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven working experience in providing technical support.
- Good in English
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Good attendance and punctuality required.
- Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
- Obour Resident or nearby is a plus
