Job Description

  • Collecting data to analyze the information required for reports and records.
  • Reviewing customers’ status with the department manager and reporting deviations.
  • Updating customers’ database.
  • Answering customers’ inquiries and performing the necessary follow up with the teams.
  • Providing presentations and reports needed for the department.
  • Performing various clerical duties including correspondences, emails, presentations, copying, faxing, maintaining manager’s meeting agenda, taking meeting minutes … etc.
  • Supervising and monitoring the workload and work rate of the janitors (Office Boys).
  • Distributing incoming mail and dispatching outgoing mail.
  • Preparing office supplies requests.
  • Maintaining the reception area and directing visitors to concerned people.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration (or equivalent) from a reputable university.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • High communication skills and very good follow up capabilities.
  • Maximum Age: 28
