Job Description
- Collecting data to analyze the information required for reports and records.
- Reviewing customers’ status with the department manager and reporting deviations.
- Updating customers’ database.
- Answering customers’ inquiries and performing the necessary follow up with the teams.
- Providing presentations and reports needed for the department.
- Performing various clerical duties including correspondences, emails, presentations, copying, faxing, maintaining manager’s meeting agenda, taking meeting minutes … etc.
- Supervising and monitoring the workload and work rate of the janitors (Office Boys).
- Distributing incoming mail and dispatching outgoing mail.
- Preparing office supplies requests.
- Maintaining the reception area and directing visitors to concerned people.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration (or equivalent) from a reputable university.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High communication skills and very good follow up capabilities.
