Job Description
- Registers all items received / issued in the receiving / issuing reports.
- Maintaining inventory controls.
- Maintains the coding system of the items in the warehouse for easy identification.
- Participate in the regular audit on the warehouse.
- Makes sure that stores always organized & in good shape.
- Full responsibility of the warehouse and the stock.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies
- Issues periodic inventory reports.
- Disburse inventory as appropriate and with documentation to ensure proper accounting.
- Complete other tasks will be assigned from direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience in same position (1 – 3 Years).
- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good English level.
- Highly organized
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
- Fast learner.
- Experience in working in Free Zones is an advantage.
