Job Description

  • Registers all items received / issued in the receiving / issuing reports.
  • Maintaining inventory controls.
  • Maintains the coding system of the items in the warehouse for easy identification.
  • Participate in the regular audit on the warehouse.
  • Makes sure that stores always organized & in good shape.
  • Full responsibility of the warehouse and the stock.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies
  • Issues periodic inventory reports.
  • Disburse inventory as appropriate and with documentation to ensure proper accounting.
  • Complete other tasks will be assigned from direct Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience in same position (1 – 3 Years).
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good English level.
  • Highly organized
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Fast learner.
  • Experience in working in Free Zones is an advantage.
