Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Ensure our customer’s needs are being met.
  • Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
  • Build relationships with customers.
  • Make sure shelves are stocked with inventory.
  • Replace items that are sold on the showroom floor.
  • Possess a strong understanding of customer service.
  • Handle returns and follow up with customers to see if what has been sold has been delivered as promised.

Job Requirements

  • 0-3 years of sales experience is a must.
  • Good command of English.
  • Presentable.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills.
  • Pleasant personality for phone and face-to-face sales.
  • General computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task.
