Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English Speaker is a MUST.
- No Veil.
- Willing to work in Kilo 35 Cairo/Alex road.
- 6th of October resident is a MUST.
- 5-7 years of experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Age bracket: 25-35
- Bachelors degree holder.
- Flexibility to travel inside and outside Egypt.
- Presentable.
- Communication skills and soft skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills & MS Office.
- High Experience in office organization & filing Systems.
- Fast, Self-Motivated and Organized.
