Job Description
- Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs to propose the Manpower plan & budgeting.
- Screens resume, interviews candidates administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for position openings.
- Tracks applicant flow , maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data
- Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates.
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, ……etc.).
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including social insurance, labor office …etc.
- Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates & prepare draft offer letter/employment agreement for revision and signature.
- Handle the new hires/comers induction & onboarding process
- Prepare & present recruitment- related reports as required
Job Requirements
- BSc degree
- Related accredited professional HR courses is a MUST
- Hands-on experience in developing an automated competency based interview model is a MUST
- Total years of experience 5 including 3 years’ experience in the Construction industry is a MUST (preferred in Road construction)
- Excellent oral & writing communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English Language is a must
