Job Description

  • Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
  • Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
  • Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
  • Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
  • Provide customer feedback to others in the organization
  • Meet service level and response time objectives
  • Meet quality objectives
  • Perform customer identification and shipment identification
  • Record leads and operation
  • Leads to record customer complaints.
  • Make continuous work process improvements
  • Revenue Generator.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years of Experience.
  • Alexandria Residents ONLY.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Write & speak English fluently
  • Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel.
