Crowd Analyzer -a technical startup- is the leading Arabic social media listening tool in the MENA region and worldwide. We work with clients from different sectors and industries to enhance their social media marketing strategies and business objectives. We support Arabic sentiment analysis with different dialects using Proprietary Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.

Job Purpose

  • The goal is to ensure the Recruitment Machine is running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value as we are scaling up!
  • Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and selection procedures.
  • To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

You will do:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria.
  • Recruit the right person for the right job with the right skill-set to help with company growth .
  • Source potential candidates through various online platforms.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screening, assessments and face-to-face interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Design job descriptions, job cards and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Understand the culture of the company and constantly making improvements and pushing towards being an employer of choice.
  • Come up with ideas to encourage the creativity and the passion of the team and help them to think out the box and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Act as a people's partner and ensure clear internal communication.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
