Job Description
- Develop marketing strategies, including company website and social media.
- Research and analyze a variety of marketing information, including consumer requirements, habits and trends. As well as, competitor offerings, product specifications and pricing.
- Create and develop marketing campaigns, advertising copy, marketing materials. Including contents and visuals for different marketing channels (company website, social media, radio, billboards, flyers etc.)
- Identify the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public.
- Analyze data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to determine campaign efficiency and to help shape future marketing strategies.
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Develops contents and visuals for company website.
- Ensures appropriately worded and formatted posts and events on company and other social media channels.
- Monitors response on social media, ensures timely and professional answer.
- Supports other departments to organize different events.
- Works with external or FAWRY marketing team to ensure high standards of marketing companies, posts, events, and other marketing materials, with corporate approach.
- Reports to management on marketing activity development at the company.
- Ensures timely action in response to identified gaps or new challenges.

- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
- Basic knowledge in the areas of marketing planning, organizing, coordination and assessment skills.
- Good organizational, management and skills.
- Excellent communication and writing, storytelling skills (in Arabic and English).
- Basic photo shooting, Photoshop, Corel, video editing skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools.
- Capacity to develop marketing plans, contents for marketing companies, as well as visuals.
- University degree in marketing, business, communication or related discipline.
- Spoken and written proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Word, etc.
- Capacity to learn and constantly improve oneself.
- Desire to work in a team with HO supervisors, management, external stakeholders.
- Result driven and result oriented.
