Job Description

  • Handling customers inquires through Hotline channels in Arabic , these inquiries are mainly technical and service inquires also contact the customers to survey their satisfaction.

Benefits:

  • Net Salary : 2500-3000 EGP.
  • Working Hours : 9 working hours includes 1 Break Hour
  • Shift duration : 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Rotational
  • 2 days off Rotational
  • Transportation Allowance.
  • Full Paid Training Period.
  • Medical & Social Insurance.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Males & Females.
  • Good Command of English Language.
  • Knowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Ability to troubleshoot key issues
  • Familiar with how to use popular search engines and navigate different social media platforms
  • Android devices awareness
  • Smart phones overall feedback
