Job Description
- Attract & headhunt talented calibers in different types (White Collars & Blue Collars).
- Review received resumes; conducts formal and structured applicant screening through job interview via phone or face-to-face; recommends short-listed candidates.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Prepare job offer as per the company salary structure.
- Complete and follow up with new hire paperwork.
