Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources functions and good knowledge of labor legislation as follows:
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annually)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Maintain employee records (e.g. attendance) according to policy and legal requirements
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Solid communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
