Job Description
- Study Contractual Documents for each running project.
- Set up, plan, prepare & get approval on project's baseline schedule, based on the contractual data for new projects.
- Monitor updated schedules and cash flow curves (cost dashboards) showing actual progress with analyzing areas of weakness and put methods for recovery, if any.
- Prepare delay analysis reports for the whole project or for an area/phase & prepare variance reports.
- Attend meetings in sites regarding planning, finance & contractual issues, if needed.
- Prepare summary schedules & cash flow analysis for under tender projects.
- Prepare yearly cash flow status for all running projects (Cash in/out – Revenue – Gross profit).
- Monitor & control overall cash flow analysis with Estimate to Complete (ETC) & estimate at completion (EAC) for each project.
- Monitoring update of cost control sheets process.
- Monitoring invoicing status for all projects.
- Demand & Review Revised BOQ for the project.
- Analyze comparison between budgetary & actual costs for purchase orders/contracts & provide notifications for future expected gains/losses.
- Prepare contractual letters, if needed.
- Prepare/review claims & participate in claims negotiations
Job Requirements
- 10 - 12 Years Experience in same field (MEP projects is preferred).
- BSc degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering from reputable University.
- PMP certificate is a must.
- PSP certificate preferred
- Professional using of scheduling tool is a must (Primavera, MS projects, …).
- Fluent English Language practicing.
- FIDIC contracts practicing is preferred.
