Job Description

General Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Performs inbound and outbound calls
  • Updates customers' data into the system
  • Assist in resolving customers complaints if any.
  • Troubleshoots problems and provides information.
  • Responds to customers inquires in a professional and appropriate manner.
  • Fulfills all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role (call center or customer service environment).
  • Excellent English Language
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • The ability to respond to common inquiries in effective verbal and written communication skill.
  • Age: 23 to 27
  • Gender: Females
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and politely at all times.
  • An excellent listener, patient and helpful person.
  • Highly presentable
  • Strong teamwork, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure & meet deadlines.
