Job Description

The Manager, Office Admin. "GM" is a busy office with much of the work being done to tight deadlines. Its aim is to provide an effective and efficient service to all its customers (whether Head of Departments, visitors or may be employees).

Managing the activities of the department requires planning, flexibility, adaptability, negotiating and networking skills and careful management of the team. Priorities often change at very short notice and the consequences have to be managed quickly, professionally and with sensitivity. The Office Manager should be pro-active in anticipating problems and proposing solutions to ensure it runs smoothly.

  • Scheduling & coordinating meetings with internal/external visitors/customers to provide information and/or response.
  • Submitting "Minutes of Meeting" for top management.
  • Organizing files of all technical/non technical reports which contain daily requirements, technical problems and technical solution reports.
  • Handling incoming & outgoing correspondences of GM / VP GM.
  • Creating and arranging presentations for GM / VP GM.
  • Updating the website in order to enhance visibility of the company.
  • Other assigned tasks by GM.
