Job Description
- Generation and update procedures and instructions required for microbiological lab activities.
- Responsible for microbiological sampling, testing and recording of results for:
- Clean room validation;
- Clean room periodical monitoring;
- Testing of biological indicators;
- Microbiological testing of products and components.
- Day-to-day follow-up to ensure that the microbiological lab activities are performed according to the defined specifications and procedures.
- To ensure preparation and timely submission of test samples to external labs.
- To liaise with all external contract testing laboratories.
- Participate in relevant validation activities required for products, processes and methods.
- Investigation of out of specifications.
- Share in internal auditing.
- Identify resources and needs required to ensure good job performance of subordinates.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' microbiology experience in Medical Devices industry or
- Minimum 5 years' microbiology experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
Education:
- Graduate from faculty of Sciences "Microbiology" or Pharmacy.
Skills:
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Search Engine, E-mail) and language (Arabic and English "written & spoken").
- Very good communication skills.
Abilities:
- Ability for accepting new ideas and adapting to new assignments.
- Problem solving skills.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently with others.
