Job Description
- Study Contractual Documents for each running project.
- Scheduling project baseline time schedule with budget & resources applied.
- Perform schedule updates and cash flow curves (cost dashboards) showing actual progress with identifying areas of weakness.
- Perform delay analysis reports for the whole project or for an area/phase & perform variance reports.
- Attend meetings in sites regarding planning, finance & contractual issues.
- Scheduling summary schedules & cash flow analysis for under tender projects.
- Perform data entry for all projects cash control sheets & assign all incurred costs to a billing item.
- Perform overall cash flow analysis with Estimate to Complete (ETC) & estimate at completion (EAC) for each projects.
- Perform project BOQ coding to facilitate the control process.
- Compare budgetary & actual costs for purchase orders/contracts/subcontracts & provide warnings for budget overrun cases.
Job Requirements
- 5 - 8 Years Experience in same field (MEP projects is preferred).
- BSc degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering from reputable University.
- PMP certificate is preferred.
- PSP certificate is preferred.
- Professional using of scheduling tool is a must (Primavera, MS projects, …).
- Fluent English Language practicing.
