Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Oversee the Projects Department, ensure each project is well managed by the Project Managers/Engineers and sub-contractors

  • Ensure Project Managers are quoting effectively for the benefit of company profit.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the projects.

  • Ensure the Project Team are well managed and suitably analyzed to ensure continued good practice .

  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projects.

  • Assist and advise Project Managers where required.

Job Requirements

  • Professional Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering.
  • Proven working experience as a Projects Management Manager in the construction sector.
  • Project Management, MS office (MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint), and Knowledge of Programming, presentation and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of standard concepts, practices and procedures within construction field.
  • Excellent project management abilities with ability to fully manage the department across all disciplines is required.
  • Time management, Attention to details, leadership and problem solving skills are required.
  • Goal oriented, hard worker, good team leader with strong time management and communication skills.
