Job Description
- Actively promote the companies services
- Lease and Sell property·
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Keep up to date with Egypt’s Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Maintain a database of residential, industrial, and commercial properties in the market.
- Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain.
- Evaluate the requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government policies and relationship with legal counsels and other consultants to exchange information and expand personal network.
- Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability.
- Market property vacancies to attract prospective tenants
Job Requirements
- 1-3 year of experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willing and dedication to achieve targets and accept challenges.
- Professional attitude, punctual, presentable and customer service focused.
- University degree.
