Job Description

  • Accountable for overall performance of the branch in terms of maximizing sales and customer service services
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Validate all money transactions; Credit cards or cash.
  • Manage the stock and orders to production sector.
  • Monitor sales workforce and Schedule their daily work
  • Monitor and tracks the performance and efficiency of team
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Follow up on collections and reconciliation of cash compare receipts with cash in cashier machine
  • Inspects service station for cleanliness, functioning of equipment and sufficient supplies.
  • Follow up the actual sold goods versus the receipts and inventory
  • Presents and sells the value of company products that can benefit customer needs.
  • Tracks daily sales and service activities.
  • Assures that technical issues and problems facing the customers are resolved.
  • Handles all personnel issues of assigned staff.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to company’s uniform , appearance code and all policies
  • Follow up on the deliveries to the customers within the time frame
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implementation of penalties and rewards on employees
  • Overseeing weekly maintenance
  • Overseeing the monthly inventory

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
  • Supervisory skills

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to discuss technical product specifications and product features in front of the customer.
