Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required .
  • Gender: Females only
  • Proficiency in English
  • French language is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
