Job Description
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required .
- Gender: Females only
- Proficiency in English
- French language is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
