Job Description
Provide technical knowledge, operations experience, and supervisory skills at a first line supervisory level in the daily direction and efficient performance of Projects related activities/functions and supervision of contractors on a day and shift basis in the attainment of short and long-term facility objectives
Responsibility/Duty
- To prepare commitments/estimates for approval e.g 5%
- Assisting projects lead and maintenance lead with execution of a Project 10%
- To prepare and specify ordering materials and Labour contracts 10%
- Co-ordination of civil/structure maintenance activities 20%
- Ensure proper implementation of Cargill Best Practices and policies 10%
- Ensure all documents in own area of responsibility are managed according defined procedures 5%
- Manage and organize the central file with all plant PI&D’s, plant layouts, construction drawings, ect.. 5%
- Make plant tours, collects and handles improvement ideas and promotes an innovative environment 10%
- Communicate with all departments regarding projects issues 10%
- Handling day to day activity like the painting, insulation, civil work, ect.. 15%
Essential Functions/Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- +4 years experience in civil engineering and projects
- Pass the Company medical check-up
Job Requirements

- Bsc of Civil Engineering
- Language: Fluent English & Arabic
Experience
- Experience in industrial processing environment
- Basic experience in projects.
- Basic knowledge risk assessment.
- Experience in construction and design safety
Skills
- Professional use of computer, Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint) and internet
- AutoCAD user
- Safety standard
- Supervisory skills
