Job Description
Accountant Job Duties:
- Will be responsible for Accounts Receivables /Account Payable.
- Prepares Timely Accurate Invoices to Customers.
- Prepares Vendors payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Monitor receivables & payables aging.
- Perform Clients visits to follow up on collections.
- Ensure that internal control is in place and follows policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team efforts to achieve the Company’s objectives.
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and meaning related to key performance indicators.
- Prepare external financial management reporting.
- Interpret financial data to assist management with strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Understanding of financial statements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must have solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Odoo ERP system experience is preferable.
