Job Description
- Coordinate daily calendars of Top Management.
- Manage phone calls and emails.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
- Respond promptly to manager’s queries.
- Facilitate internal and external communication among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Developing and maintain a filing system.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using a word, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Should hold strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
