Job Description

  • Coordinate daily calendars of Top Management.
  • Manage phone calls and emails.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
  • Respond promptly to manager’s queries.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Developing and maintain a filing system.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using a word, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Should hold strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
