Job Description
- Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan.
- Attend stakeholder's meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Take minutes of meeting for different meetings and ensure communicating it along with all concerned parties.
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects progress, quality of outcomes, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder's needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Track & manage expected change notices and change orders in the project and communicate it with all stakeholders.
- Maintain complete project documentation to ensure proper documentation and data retrieve.
- Follow department SOPs and flow charts to ensure efficient work operations.
- Communicate with different departments to ensure achieving pre-set objectives and resolving escalated problems.
- Develop all needed reports to ensure efficient results Effectively apply
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline, Business administration is more preferable
- PMP Diploma is a must.
- Excellent follow up and organization skills.
- Very good communication, presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills
- Good User of MS office and PMP software.
- Excellent command of English language.
