Job Description
- Interpret and translate customer needs into designs, define project requirements and schedule and follow up progress.
- Interior design working drawings (full package for different parties, Tender, Construction)
- Revising interior Shop drawings and approvals before manufacturing or execution.
- Solving technical issues related to site conditions.
- Producing detailed working drawings.
- Follow up sites and work progress.
- Participate in the design stage and prepare the required details.
- Estimation of projects durations.
- Coordination with other parties(MEP, Civil)
- As built drawings when needed, Revision of B.O.Q.
- Interior Design details, 3D modeling.
- Sites inspection reports.
- Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
