Following up all financial matters of the branch, ensuring that all financial and operational policies are applied within the branch.
Providing Sufficient support for accounting manager through presenting all reports and information that would him/her to follow up the financial and operational Performance of the branch.
Following up with data entry and ensure all loading permissions from companies " goods transfer " to the branches are supplied and received, and recorded both soft and hard copies ( and executing all the duties of the data entry in case the branch has none ).
Following up with the treasurer the execution of the treasurer tasks such as issuing payment bonds of the customers, receiving sales cash and reviewing it Against supplied cash flows.
Executing any other tasks related to the treasury and cash ( in case there is no treasurer or absent for any reason )
Reviewing the serial numbering of documents from time to time, and in case a document is cancelled; he/she must ensure that all other copies documented, Are marked as cancelled.
Prepare deposit receipt and then depositing it in the appropriate place whether bank or other branch using the dedicated transportation mean.

Experience in the filed of commercial agencies activity
Leading personality
Ability to work under pressure
Experience in dealing with accounting programs, especially the sales Buzz program
Ability to communicate with the team and with agencies accountant
Full knowledge of accounting entries
Full understanding of accounting cycles ( inventory and suppliers cycle - Sales and receivable cycle - Cash cycle )
Knowledge of the importance of the internal control & roles and regulation of the institution
Personal ability to solve problems and make decisions
Ability to assume responsibility
