Job Description
- Receiving vacancies and requests from other departments
- Prepare job ad in a correct way and use effective recruitment channels
- Screen and save all received CVs and calls to conduct bank CV
- Make phone interview to check the validity of applicants' information
- Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Create new & different recruitment Channel for Blue Collars as needed.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment fairs, Schools, churches and another recruitment channel for (Blue & White Collars)
- Handle all staff’s issues if there is any
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Males only
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Lives nearby (is highly preferred)
