We are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Consultant to join our CRM team.

Reporting to the CRM Team leader the objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services. Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred

Objective of the Role:

  • To take the consultant role within the application delivery team for Dynamics CRM (including 3rd party applications. Reporting to the CRM team leader, the right person will provide effective delivery of consultancy, through quality of implementation and delivery and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services.
  • Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Consulting

  • Covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365.

Analysis

  • Business and process analysis

Documentation

  • Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents.

Developing -

  • Liaising with developers and clients
  • Programming languages – C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO.
  • Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports

Quality - Quality Assurance & Documentation

Job Requirements

Person Specifications:

  • 4 years degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required.
  • Minimum 3 years consulting experience preferred
  • CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit.
  • CRM forms, views, workflows and reports development
  • Programming languages – C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO.
  • Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports
  • CRM development or integration best practices
  • Technical specifications documentation
  • Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services (SSIS), Scribe or Web Services
  • SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Power BI – preferred.
