Partner with stakeholders to get a clear view of their strategic and business objectives and hiring needs;
Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy;

2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting - preferably in engineering or construction.
Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Strong knowledge of candidates selection.
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools.
Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
Integrity and confidentiality, proactive.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
